1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and participating in WildMove Outdoor Club activities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in our activities or use our services. These terms apply to all members, visitors, and others who access or participate in our outdoor club activities.

WildMove Outdoor Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes through our communication channels. Your continued participation after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Participation Requirements

All participants must be physically capable of engaging in outdoor activities and must honestly disclose any medical conditions that might affect their ability to participate safely. Participants under 18 years of age must have written parental or guardian consent before joining any activity.

Members are required to follow all safety guidelines provided by activity leaders and guides. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from activities without refund. Participants must arrive properly equipped with appropriate clothing, footwear, and any specified gear for each activity.

WildMove Outdoor Club reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit for an activity, arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or demonstrates behavior that could endanger themselves or others.

3. Health and Safety

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing during activities.

All participants must complete a health declaration form before their first activity, disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations. This information is kept confidential and used solely to ensure appropriate safety measures during activities.

WildMove Outdoor Club maintains comprehensive safety protocols and ensures all activity leaders are trained in first aid and emergency response procedures. However, participants acknowledge that outdoor environments can be unpredictable and accept personal responsibility for their participation.

In case of emergency, WildMove Outdoor Club is authorized to arrange necessary medical treatment on your behalf. Participants are responsible for their own medical expenses and are strongly advised to maintain adequate health insurance coverage.

4. Code of Conduct

All members and participants are expected to treat fellow members, guides, and the natural environment with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from activities and termination of membership.

Participants must follow leave-no-trace principles during all activities, respecting wildlife, staying on designated trails, and properly disposing of all waste. Damage to natural environments or private property may result in legal liability and membership termination.

Members are expected to arrive punctually for scheduled activities. Late arrivals may not be able to join activities that have already departed, and no refunds will be provided for missed activities due to tardiness.

5. Liability and Insurance

WildMove Outdoor Club carries public liability insurance for organized activities. However, this does not cover personal injury or loss of personal property. Participants are strongly encouraged to maintain their own personal accident and health insurance.

By participating in activities, members agree to waive any claims against WildMove Outdoor Club, its organizers, guides, and other members for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities, except where such injury, loss, or damage results from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

WildMove Outdoor Club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during activities. Participants are responsible for securing their own belongings and equipment at all times.

6. Cancellations and Changes

WildMove Outdoor Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any activity due to weather conditions, insufficient participation, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be notified as early as possible and offered alternative dates or activities.

Participants who need to cancel their registration must provide notice according to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for credit toward future activities, subject to our current policies.

WildMove Outdoor Club is not liable for any travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other expenses incurred by participants in relation to cancelled activities.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Privacy and Data Protection

WildMove Outdoor Club collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which should be read in conjunction with these terms.

Member information is used solely for club administration, safety purposes, and communication about activities. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary for activity organization.

Members have the right to request access to their personal data, request corrections, or request deletion of their information, subject to our legal obligations and legitimate operational needs.

Members are encouraged to contribute positively to the community through participation, sharing knowledge, and supporting fellow members. The club thrives on mutual respect, environmental stewardship, and shared passion for outdoor activities.

WildMove Outdoor Club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, or actions that conflict with our values and mission. Membership termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of club management.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in WildMove Outdoor Club activities or interpretation of these terms should first be addressed through direct communication with club management. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and transparently.

If informal resolution is not successful, disputes will be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
